A 1965 single by a pre-Velvets Lou Reed group released on Pickwick.
2.Velvet Underground/ Ferryboat Bill
From the legendary “guitar mix” bootleg where the mic was supposedly in Lou’s amp. Vocals are so non existent it could be an instrumental.Maybe it is. Approx 1969.
3. Velvet Underground/ Heroin
An early unreleased version from 1966 acetate.
4.Nico/ Femme Fatale
From the bootleg “Live In New York” with Dead Boys guitarist, Cheetah Chrome.

5. Lou Reed/ Ocean
Unreleased 1970 acoustic version for a song that appears on his first solo LP.
6. John Cale/ Buffalo Ballet
With guitarist Chris Spedding, live in Chicago 1987.
7. Lou Reed/ Vicious
Live in Sydney, Australia 1974
8. Lou Reed/ Sweet Jane
1976,live, location unknown. Has Don Cherry on some tracks of this bootleg but can’t hear him here.
9. John Cale/ Paris 1919
9 June 1992 live recording with strings and pedal steel player, BJ Cole.
10. Nico/ Ari’s Song
With Tangerine Dream at Cathedrale Notre Dame, Reims, France 13 Dec 1974
This song is about Nico’s son, Ari. Backup keys by Edgar Froese, Christopher Franke, Peter Baumann.
The Tangerine Dream backing seems very sparse on this song. Its higher on other songs on the source disc.
